Former Senior Software Engineer turned Machine Learning Researcher, now seeking ML Research / ML Engineering roles.
I obtained my PhD in Computer Science at Purdue University , working with Prof. Jennifer Neville in the Network Learning & Discovery Lab . My research interests are in data mining and machine learning on relational data, including information, communication, and social networks.
Technical Skills: PyTorch, Transformers, Scikit-learn, NLTK, Pandas, Scipy, iGraph, NetworkX, MySQL, MapReduce, Docker, Git, ...
Topics of research experience and interest include: relational machine learning, Data Mining, Graphs, Collective Inference, Embeddings, Graph Convolutional Networks (GCNs), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Research projects I have worked on include:
- Generative models for dynamic graphs (2018 – 2023)
- Generative models for attributed graphs (2017 – 2018)
- Collective classification and impact of graph structure and attribute correlation (2015 – 2017)
- Stacking temporal classifications to improve accuracy and decrease uncertainty (2015)
